The Panhandle Improvement Project Cash Fund (PIPCF) was created under Neb. Rev. Stat. § 81-1213.02, to promote community development in Nebraska’s panhandle region. The Department of Economic Development may provide a grant not exceeding $5,000 (five thousand dollars) for the renovation of a community facility at an eligible Village.
