Description
SFY 2027 Victim of Crimes Act & State Victim Assistance Grant Programs This Request for Applications (RFA) for the federal Victim of Crimes Act (VOCA) and state Victim Assistance Grant Programs for Nebraska’s State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027. Under this program, Nebraska provides grants to local community-based public, non-profit, and other organizations that provide services directly to crime victims. The VOCA and Victim Assistance Grant Program support a broad array of programs and services that focus on helping victims in the immediate aftermath of crime, and continuing to support them as they rebuild their lives. All services funded through the VOCA and Victim Assistance Grant Program are provided to individual crime victims at no cost to the victim.

All applications shall be submitted electronically through the Euna application portal. All documents must be saved in a PDF format. Scanned copies will not be accepted, other than signatures. Prior to submitting the application, have all documents from the Required Documents Checklist completed and ready for upload. All documents are required for a complete application and must be submitted at one time. It is advised to submit the application well in advance of the due date. No in-process applications will be accepted when the application portal closes. Late applications cannot be accepted due to computer or submission issues that could have been mitigated with proper planning and time management. Please plan time accordingly.
