Description
This solicitation is for applicants who wish to apply for competitive funds under the Federal Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) Formula Grant Program (Statutory Authority 34 U.S.C. ยง 20103(a)). VOCA grant funds are to provide direct services to individual crime victims at no cost to the victim.

Additional Eligibility Information
Applicant must operate as a public or nonprofit organization, or a combination thereof, and provide direct services to crime victims. Eligible organizations include victim services organizations whose sole purpose is to provide direct services to crime victims. These organizations include, but are not limited to, criminal justice agencies, faith-based organizations, state Crime Victim Reparations agency, hospitals and emergency medical facilities, domestic violence/sexual assault programs, child advocacy centers, centers for missing children, mental health services, and other community-based victim coalitions and support organizations including those who serve survivors of homicide victims.
